Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the WorshipTeamAI services, websites, and apps. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Terms

1) Who we are

WorshipTeamAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides tools for worship teams to plan, practice, analyze, and collaborate (e.g., setlists, AI analytics, audio practice, lyrics/charts handling, email coordination, and integrations like Planning Center Online “PCO”).

2) Accounts & Organizations

  • You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age required in your region) and capable of entering a binding contract.
  • You may use the Service in an organization workspace; admins control membership and data access there.

3) Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, audio, lyrics, charts, documents, and other content you upload or connect (“Your Content”), for safeguarding your account, and for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4) Limited License to Host Your Content

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (e.g., rendering charts, waveform previews, AI analysis, debugging issues). We do not claim ownership over Your Content.

5) Special Terms — Audio Uploads & Lyrics/Chords

You represent and warrant that for any audio files, lyrics, or chord charts you upload or otherwise provide:

  1. You own or have secured all rights and permissions necessary to (a) share the song/lyrics/chords with your team inside the Service, and (b) allow your team to view, download, and print those materials for rehearsals and services.
  2. The materials may be your own composition, a rough cut/work in progress, or someone else’s work for which you have the required rights and permissions.
  3. The onus is on you to ensure you have the rights for all intended uses (including sharing, rehearsing, displaying, and printing).
  4. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from Your Content or your failure to obtain required permissions.

We do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure about rights needed for a particular use, consult the appropriate rights holder(s) or counsel.

6) PCO Integration (Planning Center Online)

  • When you connect a PCO account, we rely on PCO’s OAuth flows, scopes, and data access controls. The onus is on PCO to grant you the appropriate rights through its platform and permissions model.
  • You must comply with PCO’s terms and only import, display, or use materials as permitted by PCO and relevant rights holders.
  • We are not responsible for PCO’s systems, licenses, or scope grants, and we do not expand the rights you or your organization receive from PCO.

7) Third-Party Services & AI

The Service may use third parties (e.g., cloud storage/processing, OpenAI for text analysis, Bible/verse APIs, email delivery). Their use is subject to their terms and privacy practices. AI features may generate summaries, themes, suggestions, or matches that can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment and verify before relying on AI output.

8) Acceptable Use

  • Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Do not upload illegal content or circumvent DRM/access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, interfere with the Service, or access non-public areas.
  • Do not use the Service to create derivative datasets that replicate our features for competing products.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

9) Payments (if applicable)

Some features may be paid or usage-metered. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, refunds (if any), and trial rules will be presented at purchase. If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, access to paid features may be limited or suspended.

10) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

11) Security & Data Processing

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect Your Content. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of important files.

12) Content Removal; DMCA

We comply with applicable copyright law. If you believe content infringes your rights, notify us with a detailed claim (including the URL, the work claimed infringed, and your contact info). We may remove content and notify the user who posted it.

13) Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when feasible. If a change materially impacts paid users, we’ll provide appropriate notice or alternatives.

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS, AUTOMATIONS, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT/INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEES.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

16) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of a third party’s rights.

17) Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law or a third-party provider. Upon termination, certain provisions survive (e.g., licenses to the extent necessary to operate backups/logs, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification).

18) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

19) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
